Victoria BC profits over 100 million dollars per year off of homelessness Mental Health and addiction by running fundraising campaigns and getting government funding from private sponsors and donors. The community etc. And then they pocket 90% for themselves and then only put 10% towards the cause, giving the homeless only the bare minimum to survive keeping homelessness in the current state that it's in, keeping the homeless trapped. so they can do it all again next year. They've created a drug culture behind the front called harm reduction to allow drugs to be sold while the government profits from it. It's an entire pyramid scheme run by organized gangs and governments. That's why homeless and drug use is so bad in BC. Canada & worldwide. It's an international business model. The machine. Killing off those in poverty while profiting from it at the same time saying there here to help.
